Our proactive approach to disaster pre planning and response includes * meeting with customers to develop a customized pre-plan that considers their needs and priorities * implementing a back-up plan to be sure there are continuous communications between R&B and our customer * pre-placement of assets to ensure quick mobilization after an event *customers pre-approve pricing, work scope, invoicing procedure and payment terms to assist with cost control and allow for quick decisions *R&B provides complete documentation of the damage and recovery to assist our customers with their insurance claim.
